Meals are prepared in our open kitchen and served family style, featuring tasty hors d’oeuvres, local Alaskan seafood, choice cuts of meat (from our friends at Iowa Pacific Processors), fresh salads, home made breads, and delicious desserts. Lunches are typically served in the field and are either pre ordered and prepared at the beginning of the day, or are cooked fresh over an open fire on a local beach. You are welcome to bring your own favorite beverages, and discrete smoking is allowed outside. Upon booking, guests are presented with our personal data sheet to fill out, which simply helps us to even further accommodate your individual preferences and tastes during your stay. This is your trip-you are on vacation so let us know how we can best accommodate you!
